Thank you for your interest in assisting us as a volunteer at the GIVE A CHANCE Concert. This unique concert is only possible with the help of volunteers like you and, as a token of our appreciation for your help, you will receive the exclusive GIVE A CHANCE Staff-T-Shirt as well as meal vouchers, which you can use on the day during your breaks. You will enjoy unforgettable experiences in front of and behind the curtains at this super event! Meet the stars of today and tomorrow while engaging in a project for a good cause. Helping can be so much fun!

On the night of the concert, you work in a team at the box office, where the tickets (in the form of wrist bands) will be sold. This task requires you to exhibit a high degree of responsibility and conscientiousness. You must be able to work carefully and calmly under pressure while enjoying coming into contact with diverse people.

You work in the backstage area, directly behind the curtains, where the crew and artists prepare for their sets. You clear the tables and prepare them for the following bands. You see that the food and drinks are always presented immaculately and that the buffet is regularly filled and cleaned. You enjoy working with people, speak French and English, and respect the private sphere of the artists? Perfect!

You work in a team responsible for storing the audience’s jackets and bags carefully and systematically and returning them to their rightful owners after the concert.

Would you like to control access to the VIP area or oversee the emergency exits? Do you have a firm manner and manage to stay calm and friendly under pressure? You are prepared to stay in position for long periods (you will of course be given regular breaks) and open the exits in an emergency. We look forward to welcoming you into our team!

A crucial job, you look after the audience, guests, artists’ managers and other visitors – always in a competent and friendly manner. You answer questions and provide information of all kinds. Ideally, you speak a second language (English and/or French) and always keep a cool head under pressure. You are friendly and enjoy working with people.

A clean and tidy concert hall helps create a positive ambience. Your job is to make sure that the audience feels at ease. This requires the regular tidying of tables and cleaning of surfaces. We look forward to welcoming you into our team.

Do you want to help out when we turn the venue into the GIVE A CHANCE concert hall, replete with its incomparable atmosphere and ambience? You will erect barriers, set up tables and benches, decorate the concert hall, assemble the garderobe, lay carpets, decorate tables and much more. Are you handy with DIY, motivated and able to work under pressure? Then let us know and help us out! We look forward to welcoming you into our team!
